Dr. Doepper is Director of Capitol Rehab of Winchester and co-founder of Capitol Rehab Management.

Dr. Doepper has successfully treated spinal injuries such as disc protrusions, sprain/strains, sciatic and other forms of radiculitis.He has also applied his understanding of human biomechanics to treat extremity conditions such as carpal tunnel, double crush syndrome, patello-femoral syndrome, patellar tendonitis, Achilles' tendonitis and plantar fascitis without the use of drugs or surgery.

Dr. Doepper believes in the use of integrative medicine to treat on and off the job injuries and has developed a lecture series that focuses on the prevention of injuries.
